Avalanche) was also given Prize of Honor and plazed 2nd of the bitch puppies. Armi (D. Antarctica) was 3rd in bitch puppies. 2nd in dog puppies with Prize of Honor was Jackpot Vintage Viggo, Reiska (D. Acrobat) was 3rd and Jackpot Vigorous Velvet 4th. My breeders group got Prize of Honor and was selected Best of Breed and also BIS4 by Juha Palosaari, Starrig Fox Terriers and West Highland White Terriers. Critiques of this and other shows can be found here.

Tessa started her tracking season in May in Mouhijärvi. She did very well for the first 850 meters but tried to locate the kill (hoof of a dear) with air scent and went by the kill just by few meters. Good tracking but the mistake at the end dropped the result to second prize with 39 points. The next test was our own test in Multia on June with 9 other Irish Terriers. There Tessa's tracking was excellent and it resulted first prize with 48 points out of 50. This was Tessa's second first prize result and therefor she will be competing next time in the Winners class. In May Tessa's sire Fardarrigh Ultra Exposure got his third First Prize in Winners class and became Finnish Tracking Champion - congratulations!!

Tessa's elbows and hips were xrayed in March - hips clear (A/A) as well as right elbow (0). Left elbow was evaluated for 1 - mild and minimal osteophyte formation. Hunter has also been xrayed in January - hips A/A (clear), elbows and knees 0/0 (clear)!
